Manufacturing + Sourcing
I represent a factory who has over 70 years of experience manufacturing and exporting fine leather footwear and accessories for some of the world’s most well known brands. Equipped with sample rooms, skilled technicians, quality control, and shipping experts, they can manufacture quality goods that are price competitive and delivered on time.
Our manufacturing team travels the world to research the latest trends and works with tanneries and mills to develop new quality materials for all price points. I can help you find anything from the latest material trends to cutting-edge innovations in sustainability at a price point that works for your budget.
Design Services
Bringing a product to life is not always straightforward. It often requires deep technical experience to ensure success. I understand how to bring a product from inspiration to production while addressing the challenges of maintaining margin, quality, and creative vision.
As your liason to our manufacturing team, I will manage this process for you starting with the technical specifications of the first prototype through final production sample. I will address construction, prototype revisions, cost engineering solutions, and all other troubleshooting along the way.
As an experienced designer, I can also provide support for any or all of the following: trend research, mood boards, sketch design, material selection, color palette, delivery assortment, and technical specifications.
